Our approach thrives on trust. Before we dive into a new project, let's have a chat. It's a partnership after all - a chance for us to grasp your project's essence and goals. You talk, we listen, and together, we shape the path ahead.
Once we understand the gist of what you’re looking for, we’ll estimate out a project budget and timeline for you to review. This includes the project scope and deliverables, timeline, and investment.
Once we get the green light, we’ll send the initial invoice and then a welcome packet with a more detailed timeline of each deliverable.
We kick every project off with a questionnaire and candid, casual get to know you process.
Before diving headfirst into the creative process, we ensure visual alignment through a thoughtful check. This involves curating moodboards – visual inspirations shared with you. Together, we'll discuss the brand's ideal look, using your preferences as a guiding light throughout our creative journey.
After we’ve selected a moodboard direction and have sent options based on that, we will ask for feedback on what resonates and if any revisions need to be made. We know sometimes it's not as easy as nailing the design the first time so we will refine if and when needed.
After your final feedback is incorporated, we’ll deliver all your final files as outlined in the proposal, along with with the final invoice.
